50 Calories, 5 Grams of Fiber & No Guilt: Introducing New Fiber One Yogurt

Fiber One yogurt If you’ve seen any television in the past few weeks, chances are that you’ve most likely seen a Fiber One commercial. I don’t watch much television at all, yet have seen several and every time I’ve seen one for their new cereal, I’ve wanted to go to the grocery store and pick some up! Recently, I had the chance to try another new Fiber One product; one that has yet to meet store shelves–Fiber One’s nonfat yogurt.

Fiber One’s nonfat yogurt is brand spankin’ new, yet has already received the seal of approval of food expert Lisa Lillien, most widely known as Hungry Girl. At just 4oz this yogurt truly packs a great punch. It contains 5 grams of fiber (that’s 20% of your recommended daily value,) and is just 50 calories, so any time you’re craving something sweet or want a snack, there’s no guilt when you pick it up to snack on.

It tastes great, it’s ideal for everyone, especially if you’re on a diet or counting calories, and I talk about it a lot more in the following video!
