Most people go through that awkward acne stage; most people also go through the agonizing experience of trying every face wash, exfoliant, moisturizer, cleansing wipes and creams that will get rid of their acne. When it comes to acne treatment, it can really start to feel like you are grasping at straws trying to find a solution. I went through my own awkward acne stage along with a frustrating experience trying to find an acne treatment that would work for me.
It is hard to pinpoint the causes of acne, but in most people, they find that the one thing that is always there is stress. Whether it is stress from school, work, or even from breaking out, acne can easily turn into something you just can’t seem to get rid of. A great way to reduce the amount of breakouts you have is to simply relax. Relaxation and exercise can do wonders for your skin and can also even turn into a skin care regime; keeping your body and mind healthy helps keep your complexion healthy and looking great. However, no matter how healthy you are, you may end up with a case of acne if someone in your family, especially a parent, had acne or still experiences adult acne; genetics is a big determining factor.
There are countless products on the market today to help ease, get rid of and treat acne for good but when it comes to acne treatment, there are so many options to the point where there are too many and while you may feel like you’re in the dark when trying to pick a few to try, it is best to start reading reviews and see what has worked for the most amount of people.
An effective treatment for chronic acne that is completely natural and is said to work better than a run of the mill acne cream is Acnezine. Acnezine is a dual cream and pill that work together to completely rejuvenate your skin from the inside out.
Acenzine not only sounds like a miracle formula, but it has been tested and reviewed and is considered to be the most effective product on the market today.

Acnezine isn’t bad. The herbal suppliments do help. However, it does contain benzoyl peroxide which might not be optimal for those with dry or sensitive skin.

I think there are alot of woman who suffer from acne related to going off of the birth control pill. At least, that is what happen to me. I had terrible acne for many years and only finally got rid of it after a pregnancy. Hormonal imbalances seem to be a big trigger for women.

Thanks for the heads up on Acnezine. Some people have tried just about every product out there with no results at all. One method that’s growing in popularity these days is laser acne treatment. It’s expensive, but some people swear by the results they’ve gotten.

I also tried and reviewed Acnezine on my site, but I found that Clearpores works a bit better for some folks. Not for everybody though, it depends so much on the type of skin, the age, the acne type (mild, severe, etc), on so many factors. I’m still hunting for the best acne treatment myself.

Using an ordinary soap will not help your acne, make sure to use a soap with your acne in mind. Dry skin will only make your acne worse! thanks for the post!

I have never tried Acnezine but maybe I will give it a go. I have tried a lot of different acne meds with varying success. I had a really bad reaction to Accutane. There is a good list of basic acne dos and donts you all might want to check out at http://axetheacne.com/acne-does-and-donts.php – there is a lot of good info in there.

Just go to a dermatologist. I wish I had done it years before but I thought I could treat it with over the counter stuff. I don’t know why I didn’t… perhaps too embarrassed but what is more embarrassing is those scar marks afterwards… that you will live with for the rest of your life unless you go for laser resurfacing.

acne treatments consist of reducing sebum production, removing dead skin cells, and killing bacteria with topical drugs and oral medications. Treatment choice depends upon whether the acne is mild, moderate, or severe.
Alternative treatments for acne focus on self care: proper cleansing to keep the skin oil-free; eating a well-balanced diet high in fiber, zinc, and raw foods; and avoiding alcohol, dairy products, tobacco, caffeine, sugar, processed foods, and foods high in iodine, such as salt.

Never tried Acnezine but it looks interesting… although sometimes I think the best products are home remedies like apple cider vinegar (tastes horrible but it does work!) and even stuff like evening primrose oil..

There are many ways to treat acne. It just depends on each individual as to what the causes are. I have had success in over the counter medicines since my breakouts were mild. However, in some cases, a dermatologist is required.

The best home remedy that I found to work well is tooth paste! but if you are looking for something more effective there are many very good creams out there.

For women, acne is mostly hormonal (teenage years, pregnancy, monthly cycle). Finding the best treatment option is tricky because what works for one person may or may not work for the next. Experimentation and patience are key.
