Hey, Excellent article! I myself used to suffer quite a lot from whiteheads and blackheads. I noticed a massive improvement in my skin with a few changes in my lifestyle. For example I started eating better, exercising more and spending more time outside. I really feel this is what helpedget rid of whiteheads for me. These days I still use aloe vera, a natural treatment to keep my skin glowing!

All comments and replies here are very helpful and informative indeed. I personally prefer natural remedy to chemicals though I understand it doesn't always work this way. I found a little known website that gives more advice on how to choose an effective acne treatment.

I agree that there are many factors that can contribute towards worsening or creating outbreaks of acne or body acne. Lifestyle, diet, washing routines etc all have effects.

I used to suffer until I discovered some simple tips and a salicylic acid spray to control and prevent future outbreaks between washing.

Just go to a dermatologist. I wish I had done it years before but I thought I could treat it with over the counter stuff. I don’t know why I didn’t… perhaps too embarrassed but what is more embarrassing is those scar marks afterwards… that you will live with for the rest of your life unless you go for laser resurfacing.

I have never tried Acnezine but maybe I will give it a go. I have tried a lot of different acne meds with varying success. I had a really bad reaction to Accutane. Using an ordinary soap will not help your acne, make sure to use a soap with your acne in mind. Dry skin will only make your acne worse! thanks for the post!

I also tried and reviewed Acnezine on my site, but I found that Clearpores works a bit better for some folks. Not for everybody though, it depends so much on the type of skin, the age, the acne type (mild, severe, etc), on so many factors. I’m still hunting for the best acne treatment myself.

Pimples, uhrrr…awful, however soe of the tips do work, I never tried acnezines but my acne is just mild so I can cure it fast everytime it reappears.
