General Mills hit some sort of awesome stroke of genius and recently launched an exciting and thoroughly rewarding campaign to combine both their Big G cereals everyone already knows and loves and a night out at the movies with e-Movie Cash.
When you purchase two specially marked participating Big G cereals, including Honey Nut Cheerios, Cinnamon Toast Crunch, Lucky Charms, Trix and Reese’s Puffs cereal, head on over to generalmills.com/moviecash and enter the unique code found inside each box of cereal. After you enter your codes, print out your free Movie Cash certificate, which is good for one admission of up to a $12 value at participating movie theaters. If you go through as many boxes of Big G cereals as we do, you’re sure to rack up enough Movie Cash certificates to bring the whole family out for a family flick night, perhaps even a few times over, or you can even save them for a much-needed and well-deserved date night.
Thanks to MyBlogSpark, I received a Family Flick Night prize pack, which consisted of two boxes of participating Big G cereals and four Movie Cash certificates to go see a movie (or two!) on General Mills’ dime. We received a box of Cinnamon Toast Crunch and a box of Lucky Charms, which went pretty quickly because I think my partner and I forgot how much we really love Lucky Charms and devoured the box within just a few days. In fact, the cereal lasted such a small amount of time that it was gone before we were able to choose a movie we wanted to go and see with our Movie Cash certificates. Thankfully they’re valid through October 31, 2011, so there’s no rush or fear of them expiring before we get to go out and enjoy our free flick!
