nibblr Snack Subscription Box Review and FREE Boxes for ALL — Giveaway [Closed]

I received a nibblr snack box for review. No other incentive was provided and opinions are my own.

Nibblr box

nibblr is a new subscription snack service that delivers crave-worthy snacks to your home or office.

I am a snacker. Mere hours after finishing most meals I can be found picking at the leftovers. Only fueling my snacking ways is a health issue that requires me to do a good amount of eating, and to do it on a pretty frequent schedule. This translates into meals plus snacking, and maybe some more snacking, and oh yeah, don’t forget to pencil in snacking.

If you’re a person who loves to snack, or a person who has to snack, it’s important to remember that what we choose to snack on makes all the difference. That is precisely why nibblr piqued my interest.

Nibblr snacks

nibblr delivers four portion-controlled snacks that are more or less healthy, packaged in individually sealed trays that make it easy and convenient to bring along wherever you go. The packaging, the individual trays, and the thought that went into these boxes on both an aesthetic and practical level is a major home run. The packaging is cute and the top of the box seems to always be a design of some sort made out in fruits and nuts. The individual trays inside are packaged well and contain full nutritional information as well as an expiration date.

I feel compelled to mention the inclusion of an expiration date. Usually when you buy trail mix and other similar snack items, like I so frequently do, you’ll see expiration dates that span several months, or even a year ahead. It kind of gives you the idea that it might outlive you. With nibblr, each snack had a late February expiration date, which made me feel good about setting my nibblr box on my desk to snack on whenever I needed to while I worked.

And snack I did.

Nibblr Sesa-Me & You and Olde World Blend

The Sesa-Me & You snack mix was easily my favorite snack in the whole box. I could have easily eaten five trays of them. I didn’t think I was going to like them, though. The sesame seeds kind of threw me off at first, but I am so glad I tried them because they were gone moments after opening the tray.

Ingredients: almonds, sugar, sesame seeds, water, honey, margarine, salt

I knew I would love the Olde World Blend as soon as I saw the huge date pieces and red walnuts, and I was right. You can totally win me over with walnuts. I can’t get enough of them, and was really digging this blend.

Ingredients: date pieces (dates, dextrose), mission figs, red walnuts

The Caramel Apple snack mix was another that I knew I would love. You can’t go wrong with caramel, or with apples; never mind when they are mixed together.

Ingredients: caramel pieces, peanuts (peanut, peanut oil, salt), apples

Nibblr Olive You

Like the Sesa-Me & You mix, I didn’t think I was going to like the Olive You mini crisps. Not only did I think I wasn’t going to like them, but I was kind of afraid to try them. When I did, I was pleasantly surprised, but not totally wowed.

Olives are great sometimes, but not something I really crave when I want a snack. Including the olives, the Olive You mini crisps contain pumpkin seeds and dates, both of which I really like. The pumpkin flavor is pleasing and very apparent, but the olive undertones were a little too much for me. They were alright, but I did rate them as “no thanks” on the nibblr website so I do not receive them again in a future box.

Ingredients: enriched wheat flour, cultured buttermilk, brown sugar, pumpkin seeds, dates (dextrose), Kalamata olives, water, sodium bicarbonate, salt, canola and/or soybean oil, natural olive flavor, spices, tocopherols

Each nibblr snack could contain gluten, dairy, and nuts, and they do not currently offer snacks for those with specific food allergies.

Nibblr snack ratings

You don’t get to choose the snacks you receive, but like I mentioned, you can rate snacks. nibblr has a page on their website dedicated to their 55 snack combinations that are available and could appear in a nibblr box. All of the snacks are automatically rated as “interested” when you start your subscription, but you can rate the snacks as you receive and try them so that nibblr can customize your future boxes with only snacks you are interested in trying.

Aside from the ability to rate snacks, what makes nibblr a little more unique than most other subscription box services is that you can choose whether you would like to receive your box at home or at the office (who works in an office and is always kicking themselves for not having more quick and healthy snacks at their side?) You can also choose how frequently you would like to receive your box, either weekly, every other week, or monthly.

Nibblr snacks box

Each nibblr box is $5.99, including shipping to anywhere in the United States. You can save on subscription boxes if you pre-order a 4-box subscription at $5.75 per box, or a 12-box subscription at $5.50 per box.

I really enjoyed my first nibblr box, and I’m really interested in seeing what other snacks I’ll have the opportunity to try in the future. I’ll have a couple more nibblr snack box reviews for you in the coming months.

IfOnly Constellation Chocolate Collection = One Happy Valentine

IfOnly Constellation Chocolate Collection

A very good friend of mine, the only female in her household if you don’t count their dog, routinely warns her sons and un-husband (take two people who have been together for 20+ years and have absolutely no intention of ever getting married and you have yourself an un-spouse) that they are never to eat the last of the chocolate. The reason is simple: chocolate is a necessity for a woman’s ovaries.

What? How are they to know the truth? It’s innocent. Really. And this way, she (almost) always has chocolate when she needs it and no one’s the wiser. It all works out!

I have never went to such lengths to keep other people’s hands off of the chocolate in the house, but I think I would have to start coming up with a game plan if the IfOnly Constellation Chocolate Collection was in my life. Now that I think of it, I could totally see myself trying to convince my fiance that he is allergic to chocolate, or to some mysterious ingredient in one of the chocolates in this collection. The guy will die declaring that he is allergic to everything, or that any fluctuation in his daily routine at all gives him a cold. This could work. My wheels are spinning.

If luxury constellation treats sound familiar, the IfOnly Constellation Caramel Collection was the featured item of their uncommon holiday gift guide last year. 12 Michelin Star and James Beard Award-winning chefs created signature caramels for the collection and the outcome was beautiful and a real treat for those who were able to snatch them up. It only makes sense for 25 of the world’s top chefs to collaborate on a luxury chocolate collection for the biggest chocolate day of the year — Valentine’s Day!

The Constellation Chocolate Collection is the perfect Valentine’s Day gift and a once in a lifetime collaboration of such incredible culinary talent, including Alice Waters, Gary Danko, and Michael Tusk, just to name a few. This rare collection is a luxurious indulgence and unique glimpse into the creative genius of these legendary chefs.

For each curated chocolate box sold, $45 will go to bring safe drinking water to communities around the world as part of charity: water, a non-profit organization bringing clean and safe drinking water to people in developing nations.

The IfOnly Constellation Chocolate Collection comes in an elegant gift box and quantities are limited.

January is National Hot Tea Month! Salada Green Tea and Red Rose Tea Review and Giveaway [Closed]

I received Salada Green Tea and Red Rose Tea for review as well as the opportunity to host this giveaway. No other incentive was provided and opinions are my own.

Salada Green Tea and Red Rose Teas

January brings with it a number of special and significant events. Of course, it is the very first month of the new year, and as such, packs more pressure and expectation than any one of the other 11 months of the year.

People invest so much into the month of January. It is synonymous with change and new beginnings, and it is also the month when a lot of people tend to abandon all that change. Did you know that January 17 was National Ditch New Year’s Resolutions Day? Neither did I! I also didn’t know that January is National Hot Tea Month. That is, until Salada Tea and Red Rose Tea reached out to me to make sure I was celebrating as I should be — with a great, big mug of hot tea by my side as I embark on all of the fabulousness that I was so sure was going to make up my own, personal New Years resolutions. Yeah, they haven’t panned out so well thus far. Sigh.

The bright side to my not-so-bright January, though, has been drinking delicious teas while I up and flat out failed at the things I had set out to accomplish. Happy National Hot Tea Month to me! Does anyone know if January is also National Self-Deprecation Month?

It is said by the Tea Powers That Be that we should all have 3-5 tea times a day, and whether it is through classic tea bags, single-serve cups, liquid concentrate, or performance mix sticks, Red Rose Tea and Salada Tea have got you covered.

Salada Green Tea is dedicated to real and natural products that don’t just taste great, but are formulated to have great benefits for your body.

I tried the Salada Green Tea Digestive Support and Immunity, both of which have gone to great use. I live with health issues that lower my immune system, and when I get sick, I get sick. Any boost I can get in the immunity department is a good thing, and when it tastes like the Salada Green Tea Immunity, you just can’t get much better. Seriously.

The Salada Green Tea Immunity is formulated with vitamin C and echinacea and boosts a peach and nectarine flavor that is out of this world. As soon as you open the box, peach nectarine just about punches you in the face in the best way. It is fragrant, it is heavenly, and it tastes great.

Red Rose Tea is a company after my own heart. Admittedly, I am not always an avid tea drinker, but that is mostly in part to me being an enthusiastic coffee addict. Copious amounts of coffee, all the time. So what did Red Rose Tea go and do? They just recently released Red Rose Energy Tea! My sweet, lovely caffeine friend, in tea form!

Red Rose Cinnamon Bun Tea

Red Rose Energy Tea is an anytime pick-me-up made with premium-blended quality black tea with an extra boost of caffeine. As a huge fan of hazelnut flavoring, I could not wait to dive into the Hazelnut Energy Tea and it has disappeared at an alarming pace. I also received the French Vanilla Energy Tea, which is also really good. I have been enjoying them frequently.

What also won me over about the Red Rose Tea was their Cinnamon Bun dessert-inspired tea. Delicious, indulgent, luscious, and again, very fragrant in all the right ways, the Cinnamon Bun tea brings together cinnamon and the natural essence of black tea.

Red Rose Cinnamon Bun Tea and Sylvia
My cat, Sylvia, was loving the smell of Red Rose Cinnamon Bun Tea, too

The only drawback of Red Rose Tea in my experience — and it’s a pretty major drawback — is that they are only available in single serve cups for Keurig brewers (excluding Keurig Vue brewers.) I would really like to see these teas be made available in more varieties so that it can be more accessible to more people.

  • Red Rose Simply Indulgent Cinnamon Bun (single serve cups)
  • Red Rose Energy Tea — Hazelnut (single serve cups)
  • Red Rose Energy Tea — French Vanilla (single serve cups)

The Best Trick Possibly Ever to Saving on Food Costs While Traveling

It’s always an honor and a privilege when asked to write for Woman Tribune, so when Holly contacted me about elaborating on a comment I’d made on the recent Crock-Pot giveaway, I was happy to oblige.

Kristina cosplay

For those who don’t know me, I am a certified geek. I’m a Star Wars-loving, Dungeons & Dragons-playing, gamer girl, LARPER who loves anime, and loves costuming and cosplay even more. The thought of going to a Renaissance Faire in “civvies” (plain clothes) is sacrilege to me. I sit down monthly and dust off my prized vinyl statues and rare action figures… you get the drift.

One of my favorite things to do is attend conventions. I attend anywhere from 3-6 conventions a year, and they range in location from Maryland to Tennessee to Maine and New Hampshire. Pretty much every state has their own con and people travel from all over to attend, even from abroad. As you can imagine, if you’re not careful in your planning, things can get expensive. You need to pay for your travel expenses, convention registration, hotel, and parking if you drove. If you’re a cosplayer, you need to pay for the materials that go into your costume. Somewhere among all of these expenses, you need to find the funds to feed and hydrate yourself.

Conventions are anywhere from a 3-5 day affair. Most unofficially start on Thursday, with that day dedicated to picking up your badges/registrations and maybe an event or two, and the actual con itself runs Friday through mid-Sunday. A lot of people opt to take the rest of Sunday to wind down and don’t head home until Monday.

With activities galore, you’re going to be doing A LOT of running around, and you need to eat. Ramen noodles and granola bars just don’t cut it. You end up hungry and feeling like crap. Eating out and ordering take-out all weekend is expensive, and half the time you still feel like crap. We’ve all eaten out before, you know to expect anywhere from $7 to $15 a person per meal, or more if you like to have “nice” meals, though this definition is subjective. Don’t forget to count in drinks, too, especially if it’s a summer event. I’d say you can easily drop $15 a day on just bottled non-alcoholic drinks.

When it’s all said and done, you’re looking at spending between $100 and $250 a person just on food and drinks throughout the weekend.

I am far from wealthy, and most of my friends are in the same boat. With all of the costs involved, we decided a long time ago that our hard-earned money was being wasted. Yes we got to go to the convention, but we had little to nothing left to actually buy anything or see other local attractions. We say down and took a hard look at what we could do to cut down our costs. Some obvious things like carpooling came to mind, but we were doing that already. It had to be something else. Then there it was, like one of those classic “DUH!” moments. It was our food costs that were killing us.

My friends and I like to eat. Living off noodles for nearly a week wasn’t going to fly with us. Not to mention, we enjoy having healthier options available. The answer to this dilemma, I would find, was sitting on my kitchen counter the whole time. The answer was my Crock-Pot.

Looking back, I honestly can’t believe we hadn’t thought of it before. All hotels have at least one electrical outlet, and that was all we needed to not go broke or hungry the whole weekend.

With this new game plan in place, we gave it a test run at the next convention we attended. My Crock-Pot has since come to every single event with us. Additionally, when my mother found out what we were doing, she alerted me to the existence of slow cooker LINERS. Things became even easier after that.

Reynolds slow cooker liners

Reynolds brand makes these ingenious slow cooker liners, pictured above, and they could not be easier to use. Pop one in your Crock-Pot, fill it up with food, cook, and indulge. When you’re done, tie up the liner and throw it away. At about 35 cents per liner, they can be life-changing.

On Wednesdays before conventions, my friend and I get together and go grocery shopping. She has a nice cooler that we fill up with everything we’re going to need. We spend maybe $80 tops on groceries between the two of us. We’ll pick up things like bell peppers, cucumbers, carrots, grape tomatoes, and other veggies we can eat raw. Add a loaf of bread and some homemade chicken salad or cold cuts and lunches are covered. For dinners, we pick out anything we’ve been hungry for that can be made in a slow cooker. It’s easier if you pick one protein that can be used for multiple dishes, since buying in bulk is cheaper. For example, last year we made chili beef stew and piggy casserole (deconstructed pigs in a blanket, for us busy folk.) We also made a little pork roast with sauerkraut and potatoes since the roast was on markdown and looked good.

The trick is to do as much of the prep work as you can at home. Clean, chop, mix, and precook everything as need. Gallon freezer bags are your friend, along with those plastic Chinese take-out style containers. Anything that can just be warmed up (like chili) cook completely at home. Let it cool and put it in a freezer bag. You’ll end up with a cooler full of bags. Remember, we’re not freezing the meals. Placing them in the cooler over ice will be just fine. Although, if you are traveling for a LONG distance, or will need food for more than just a few days, you can go ahead and freeze them up.

slow cooker meal bags
slimcoincidence / Flickr

You’re going to want to bring a big black trash bag or two with you. Those hotel cans are tiny. Stop at a dollar store and pick up some reusable plastic plates, bowls, cutlery, and a pack of plastic reusable cups that can be rinsed out in the sink and used again. A roll of paper towels will also likely come in handy, and don’t forget to bring some kind of serving spoon.

Have all that? Good, then you’re all set.

All you need to do is select the meal you want in the morning, pop a liner into your slow cooker, fill it up with the desired meal, and place it on the lowest setting. Your dinner will be hot and waiting for you when you get back to the hotel after your exciting day.

Breakfast person? No problem! I’ve done a baked oatmeal in the slow cooker that is delicious. Just pop it in at night and it’s ready by morning. Any internet search for Crock-Pot breakfast recipes will yield tons of amazing dishes. Just prep them at home like you did with the other meals.

That’s pretty much all there is to it. Your wallet will thank you, and you’ll thank yourself when you can afford to bring home that piece of con swag/merchandise/whatever you’ve been pining over and still make rent.

Additional tip: as long as you’re not a soda addict, just bring a few gallons of water along with you and a can of Crystal Light drink mix. Two reusable bottles from a dollar store and you even have a drink to carry around with you all day instead of paying for pre-bottled.

Get Last Minute Halloween Treats Delivered to Your Door from Cheryl’s and 1-800-FLOWERS — Halloween Cookie Flower Cauldron Review

I received a Ceramic Halloween Cookie Flower Cauldron for review. No other incentive was provided and opinions are my own.

Cheryl's Ceramic Halloween Cookie Flower Cauldron

This weekend kicked off Halloween Week, with parties, costume contests, and other festivities great and small that will continue right up until Thursday night. If my Facebook and Twitter feeds are any indication, I’d say that Halloween is a frighteningly fun occasion that is pretty much adored by everyone, kids and adults alike. In fact, I’d even wager that Halloween gets more fun as you get older and have to find new ways of getting into the spirit that don’t involve being turned away from stranger’s houses for being too old to trick or treat.

Halloween is haunting just around the corner, but if you’ve got a Halloween-obsessed lover of everything spooky in your life, or fit the bill yourself, you’ve still got time to explore and indulge in the sweet side of Halloween that won’t leave you rummaging through last year’s stash of picked-over seasonal candy.

Cheryl’s and 1-800-FLOWERS have festive buttercream frosted treats and bewitching blooms perfect for Halloween entertaining, gifting, and snacking delivered right to your door.

Cheryl’s made my Halloween a little sweeter by generously sending me their Ceramic Halloween Cookie Flower Pot.

Can we just take a moment to marvel at the presentation of this Halloween cookie flower bouquet?

Cheryl's Ceramic Halloween Cookie Flower Cauldron

The pictures in this post were taken immediately after taking the bouquet out of the large brown cardboard box it was shipped in. The entire piece was wrapped three times around with thick bubble wrap and not one cookie flower was out of place. It looked amazing as soon as I put it on my kitchen table, and it really adds something unique and fun — not to mention delicious — to my table for the holiday.

Cheryl's Halloween ghost cookie flower

The cookie flower bouquet consists of 12 cookies — 8 buttercream frosted cut-out cookies and 4 sugar cookies, each perfectly decked out for the Halloween season, shaped and decorated with ghosts (seen in more detail below), black cats, trick or treat bags, pumpkins, and full moons with bat sprinkles.

While we have really been enjoying Cheryl’s cookies, especially the buttercream frosted cut-outs, my favorite part of this bouquet is the ceramic cauldron. There are so many things I can use this for (candy dish, planter for fall-colored mums, really, the list writes itself) and it will undoubtedly be a part of our Halloween decor for years to come.

Also available at Cheryl’s for Halloween is their new Boo to You Gift Box that arrives with a frighteningly delicious assortment of buttercream frosted Halloween cookies, chocolates, hand decorated crunchy sugar cookies, and $5 Cheryl’s Reward Card.

If you’ve had enough sweets, 1-800-FLOWERS has put together some really inspired Halloween flower bouquets that will infuse a whole lot of fresh life and spooky spirit into anyone’s home.

1-800-FLOWERS Shocktail BouquetShocktail Bouquet: Shock your friends into a festive mood with this cocktail-shaped arrangement mixed into a reusable martini glass to serve up “spook-tacular” smiles. Makes a truly original centerpiece or gift for anyone you’d like to raise a glass to.

Witchy Pooch: Cast a spell of smiles with this truly original a-DOG-able arrangement. This bewitching pooch is just too cute to spook and will leave your recipient howling on any occasion.

Make a Giant Difference in Your Diet with Green Giant Frozen Vegetables — #MyBlogSpark Prize Pack Giveaway [Closed]

I received a Green Giant prize pack and the opportunity to host this giveaway from Green Giant through MyBlogSpark. No other incentive was provided and opinions are my own.

Green Giant Giant Difference

I have a thing for veggies, I always have. As a kid, I didn’t have to be tricked, bribed, or fought to eat the serving of vegetables on my plate. I ate them without a peep, other than to ask for seconds, and I would have gladly eaten my weight in green beans if given the chance.

As an adult, my love of all things vegetable hasn’t changed a bit, and living with a health issue that mandates I eat several small meals and snacks throughout the day has only increased my vegetable consumption.

Green Giant frozen boxed vegetables

Green Giant frozen boxed vegetables makes getting your daily veggies even easier. I no longer have to go any further than my freezer for a generous serving of vegetables to stave off hunger and keep my body fueled and energized, while also helping me manage my weight. Eating frequently throughout the day is a necessity for me, but I also have to be sure that I am making smart decisions about what those meals and snacks consist of.

Green Giant is on a mission to help people realize they no longer need to sustain a life of less in order to be good to their bodies or manage their weight. You can eat lots more vegetables and feel satisfied, while knowing you are giving your body the valuable nutrients it needs to thrive.

Green Giant frozen boxed vegetables

Green Giant gives you more:

  • More flavor: from steamed, crunchy, fresh vegetables that are seasoned with delicious low fat sauces and spices
  • More portion size: a size that is actually bigger than you may think!
  • 27 varieties that are all 100 calories or less

Green Giant cauliflower & cheese sauce

My favorite Green Giant frozen boxed vegetable variety is the Cauliflower & Cheese Sauce. Seriously, I get hardcore cravings for this throughout the day, no matter what time it is.

My grandmother used to make me steamed cauliflower with cheese sauce when I was a kid and it’s great to know that this variety is low in calories, despite being utterly loaded with creamy, delicious cheese, and that I will be full and satisfied after eating it.

It’s Time to Get Crockin’! Crock-Pot Seasoning Mixes Recipe Contest and Slow Cooker Giveaway [Closed]

I received a Crock-Pot Seasoning Mixes and slow cooker for review, as well as the opportunity to host this giveaway. No other incentive was provided and opinions are my own.

Crock-Pot logo

I will be the first to admit that I am not a great cook. Sure, I can make a meal and it will even be edible, but cooking has always been a source of stress for me. I second-guess everything and always convince myself that I am going to mess something up and everything will be ruined. I have a penchant for immediately jumping to the worst conclusion.

Despite years of trying and failing and trying and getting a bit better and failing and trying again, the reason why I am still not a proficient cook, I have deduced, is because I just don’t enjoy it. I made some pork chops once (yes, once) following a recipe from The Pioneer Woman. They came out well and I danced in the kitchen in celebration, but I give the credit to the step-by-step instructions I followed, complete with pictures of the entire process, while crossing my fingers for the best.

Needless to say, my dispassion for cooking coupled with the fact that cooking is in fact a necessity has led my Crock-Pot slow cooker to becoming my BFF in the kitchen. It is there for me, constantly assuring and reassuring me that there is no way that I can mess anything up bad enough that no one will be able to eat it. It makes me, the simple and not-so-great cook, feel like a rockstar, and that is liberating and awesome.

Crock-Pot Seasoning Mixes help make slow cooking even simpler, if you can imagine that, by expertly blending each packet for optimum performance in the unique temperature and moisture ranges of slow cookers. Last year, Crock-Pot Seasoning Mixes were available in three classic flavors — Savory Pot Roast, Hearty Beef Stew, and BBQ Pulled Pork. The success of these mixes has led to the recent release of three additional flavors to help busy families, or just simple, not-so-great cooks create even more slow cooked dinners — Original Chili, Beef Stroganoff, and Savory Herb Chicken, which I used just the other night to make a delicious dinner.

Crock Pot Seasoning Mixes Savory Herb Chicken ingredients

The ingredients: 1 package of 6 chicken breast fillets, as many honey gold potatoes that will fit in the bottom of your slow cooker (I got about 14 in my 6-qt slow cooker), 1 12oz bag of baby carrots, 3/4 cup of chicken broth, and 1 Savory Herb Chicken Crock-Pot Seasoning Mix.

Crock Pot Seasoning Mixes Savory Herb Chicken potatoes and carrots

First, throw your potatoes in the bottom of your slow cooker, followed by the bag of carrots. You should also put a sliced medium white onion in there, but I forgot that when I was at the store, and so I went without.

Crock Pot Seasoning Mixes Savory Herb Chicken chicken

Then, layer your chicken breast fillets on top of your potatoes and carrots.

Crock Pot Seasoning Mixes Savory Herb Chicken seasoning

Mix 3/4 cup of chicken broth with the packet of Savory Herb Chicken Crock-Pot Seasoning Mix (the back of the seasoning mix packet says water, but do the chicken broth); pour over the chicken. Look at all those beautiful spices!

I let everything cook for 4 hours on high, but you could also set it for 8 hours on low.

Crock Pot Seasoning Mixes Savory Herb Chicken

Because apparently I was craving carbs and starch that night, I also made up some plain white Minute Rice, mixed with the excess liquid from the bottom of the slow cooker.

Crock-Pot Slow Cookin’ Recipe Contest

Crock Pot Slow Cookin Recipe Contest

Get School Lunch Inspired with Del Monte Fruit Burst™ Squeezers — Del Monte Prize Pack Giveaway [Closed]

I received a Del Monte prize pack for review as well as the opportunity to host this giveaway. No other incentive was provided and opinions are my own.

Del Monte Fruit Burst Squeezers

We are about a month into the new school year now and already the pressure of planning nutritious and exciting school lunches and snacks is beginning to loom over even the most organized of parents. There are countless tips and ideas out there detailing how to change up the typical school lunch, but there are only so many hours in the day. If you’re not able to pack last night’s dinner leftovers for this afternoon’s lunch, it’s convenient and logical to revert back to the school lunch basics we are all familiar with.

The sandwich bagged lunch is something we all grew up with. It’s classic and timeless, and it doesn’t have to be boring. The sandwich, while the main part of a lunch, is just that — a part. It’s the supporting contents of a lunchbox that come together to create a complete and balanced lunch.

Del Monte is committed to serving up garden quality fruit, vegetable, and tomato products that help make meals shine bright. With the newest kid’s snack in the Del Monte lineup, parents can easily add a little more inspiration to the traditional bagged lunch while you can rest assured that it is delicious and truly balanced.

Del Monte Fruit Burst™ Squeezers are a new fruit- and veggie-packed pouch snack that, if your family is anything like mine, will disappear quickly. Made in the USA, Fruit Burst™ Squeezers contain one and a half servings of fruit or fruit and vegetables and are an excellent source of vitamins A and C. Much to my delight, and I’m sure yours as well, they contain no artificial flavors or high fructose corn syrup, which I have long been doing my best to completely eliminate from our daily diets.
