It is incredibly difficult not to put off everything I have to get done and instead jump in the pool on a particularly hot and humid day, I can tell you that!

I’m all about protecting my skin, since I’m as fair as they come…but I’m also very conscious about what I put on my skin. Since our skin is the largest organ we have, and the one that soaks up everything we put on it, I very rarely use sunscreen or lotion. I prefer to use my own homemade sunscreen, which has proven to be far more effective to me personally. if you’re interested, I would seriously look into the studies about sunscreen and the increase in skin cancer from using it. We so need a pool but then I would have to get in it everyday with the kids. 🙁 That is the only bad part. They don’t know how to swim yet and are still a little too young. 4 & 6

I love everything about Coppertone. It really is the only sun block I use. I am trying out their super sports one and love it so far on my long runs.
