As well-intentioned as this effort is, all the major aid groups are recommending NOT to donate breastmilk. The logistical hurdles of transporting, storing, and delivering it greatly outweigh the benefits. Formula is a much better temporary solution.

Today with the demise of over 15 million people in Haiti it becomes the utmost humanitarian obligation of all the rest of the world to assist the survivors. Else a disaster and destruction may get enough room to swallow the people remained alive after the catastrophic earthquake.
