Free Games for PlayStation Plus April 2016

Dead Star

PS4

Dead Star

Combining the beauty of space combat, the fast-paced nature of arcade classics, and the depth of team-based gameplay with loads of awesome loot, Dead Star is a twin-stick shooter built around a deep multiplayer experience. Fight and scavenge your way through online battlefields whilst earning loot and levels to further customize your experience — including the ability to invade other live matches with a massive warship.

Zombi

PS4

Zombi

London is falling, how will you survive? The nail-biting survival experience of Zombi is pure survival horror where you will test your will to survive, but beware: one wrong move can cause you to lose everything. Resources are scarce, your enemies are numerous, and you never know when you’ll find more weapons, ammo, first aid, or food. How you allocate those resources determines if you live or die.

I Am Alive

PS3

I Am Alive

One year after the Event, a worldwide cataclysmic event that wiped out most of the human race, a man struggles for survival in a desolate city as he tries to reunite with his long lost wife and daughter. In I Am Alive, you will enter into a post-apocalyptic world where there are no supernatural threats, but as a survivor, you are forced to face the enduring anxiety of a now decaying hazardous world.

Savage Moon

PS3

Savage Moon

This action-packed tower defense strategy game takes you to distant planets where you must defend mining facilities from relentless Insectocyte monsters. Build towers in strategic locations in order to fend off wave after wave of increasingly tough attackers. Then use funds from kills and mining to build, upgrade, or research new weapons and technologies to strengthen your defenses. It will take equal parts skill and strategy to survive in Savage Moon.

A Virus Named Tom

PS Vita

A Virus Named Tom

A perfect place. A city without traffic. A dog that doesn’t poop. All products of the brilliant mind of Dr. X, but hell hath no fury like a mad scientist fired by a giant corporation. In this unique action-puzzler you take control of TOM, a virus created for one purpose: revenge. In A Virus Named Tom, you will hack your way through brain scrambling puzzles while maneuvering through a thumb-cramping maze of enemies.

Shutshimi

PS Vita

Shutshimi

Shutshimi is a randomized shoot’em up about a muscle-bound fish with memory problems defending the seven seas. Armed with your trusty bullet-morphing shotgun, defeat or navigate through waves of enemies and collect powerups as you battle your way through each of the game’s bosses. But there’s a catch (there’s always a catch): you’ve been cursed with an incredibly short attention span. Combat waves and upgrade cycles only last 10 seconds a piece, so you’d better act fast!

You can gain access to these games on PlayStation Plus beginning April 5. In the meantime, go grab March’s free games before it’s too late.
