I have a very heavy flow and have to wear overnight pads during the day. I found these pads to be very comfortable, flexible and have good adhesion. It feels like memory foam -- soft and squishy. All the fluid goes to the bottom of the pad. No "wet diaper" feeling. They are a bit pricey, but if it will keep me from the humiliation of bleeding out in public, it's worth it.
