Freschetta By the Slice Pizza is one of the most universally quick, easy and delicious meal options in any household, mine definitely included. In my case, pizza is usually ordered when my partner and I both adamantly refuse to carry ourselves into the kitchen to cook something for dinner, but pizza can also be a really great lunch or snack option, especially now that there are perfectly-portioned frozen options available that can be taken out of the freezer and cooked in less time than it takes to call the pizza place, place an order and wait for the delivery person to come knocking on your door.

I had the opportunity to try FRESCHETTA® By the Slice for myself and it was great to have at lunch time when I was just hungry enough to know i should eat a little something and it really hit the spot, leaving me satisfied and ready to get on with the rest of my day until dinnertime.

When preparing FRESCHETTA® By the Slice pizza, you have two options, either the microwave or the conventional oven. I opted to cook mine in the oven as I am really not a fan of heating things in the microwave; in my opinion, the microwave has a tendency to practically ruin foods. So, when FRESCHETTA® By the Slice is cooked in the oven, the crust comes out amazingly crispy while all of the flavors on the pizza, like those on the Chicken, Spinach & Mushroom pizza, retain their own individual flavors that taste great!

FRESCHETTA® By the Slice is available in four different flavors, suitable for just about anyone’s tastes; the BBQ Recipe Chicken, Six Cheese Medley, Vegetable Medley and Chicken, Spinach & Mushroom, and they can be found in the frozen pizza section of your local grocery store.
