MTV’s “Finding Carter” has kept viewers on the edge of their seats for two seasons now. Celebrity hairstylist and hair department head of “Finding Carter,” Richard Boggs, is sharing his tips for styling the show’s lead actress Kathryn Prescott (Carter Stevens).
