The Greatest Cars in Hollywood [infographic]

Hollywood has always lived by the philosophy of the bigger you can make something, the better. Homes, personalities, explosions, and especially cars have all been made to be larger than life in both television and movies.

One of the most well-known cars in pop culture, Kitt from Knight Rider, was a 1982 Pontiac Trans-Am that was given a new engine, a new transmission, went from 0-60 MPH in 0.2 seconds, had two video screens added to the dashboard, and much more.

Check out the infographic below to see how Hollywood has taken regular old cars and enhanced them, sometimes beyond recognition, and how they have also custom built entire vehicles we couldn’t imagine not really existing.
