Levi Johnston vs. Sarah Palin–Again

Levi Johnston and Sarah Palin are flinging mud at each other again! Surprised? I’m really not.

Levi, the 19 year old ex of Bristol Palin and father of their child, lived with the Palin family from early December to the second week of January and recently released a statement that Sarah Palin’s resignation as governor of Alaska was for financial benefit. Yep, she did it for the money.

He stated that he had heard the governor say several times how nice it would be to take advantage of the lucrative deals that were being offered, including a reality show and a book.

A reality show? Would anyone really watch a reality show about the Palin family, especially considering her blatant and vocal hatred of the press? Everything that is printed or said about Sarah Palin makes her immediately call the press and starts yelling about how no one has the right to report on her or her family’s business. Yet this woman was even thinking about putting herself and her family on television and thus forcing them even more into the limelight? And then what? The press start reporting on her reality show and then every episode of it contains her trying to “set the record straight?”

Levi stated that Palin was after the book deal more, which seemed to work out nicely for her because she does have a book coming out; however, the financial details behind the deal have not been released.

But that’s not it! Because I swear that Sarah Palin sits at her computer and television all day reading celebrity magazines and tabloids, the family’s spokesperson Meghan Stapleton added a comment shortly after Levi’s was made, saying “It is interesting to learn Levi is working on a piece of fiction while honing his acting skills.”

But this entire debacle wreaks of irony, since Levi is also pursuing a book deal of his own…as well as a movie deal.
