Lifetime Rolls Out ‘Stop Breast Cancer for Life’ Programming to Run Through October

Lifetime is widely known as the women’s television network and during October, breast cancer awareness month, they will be integrating breast cancer-themed story lines into some of their most popular original shows to raise awareness about breast cancer and the severity of this type of cancer that 1 in 8 women will be diagnosed with in their lifetime.

DietTribe

Be sure to tune into Lifetime’s prime time shows and also sign their petition to pass the bipartisan Breast Cancer Patient Protection Act, legislation that would ensure the end of so-called “drive-through” mastectomies when women are forced out of the hospital only hours after invasive breast cancer surgery.
