Sheriff’s officials said that Lindsay Lohan was treated just like any other inmate who entered the Lynwood Correctional Facility. If that’s true, the strip search Lindsay endured upon entering the correctional facility could help to win a recent class action lawsuit that has been filed claiming unlawful strip and body cavity searches conducted by L.A. County Sheriff’s deputies.
An unnamed female inmate claimed that other inmates, including herself, “are strip searched in plain view of each other in a parking lot that is neither private nor sanitary.”
Attorneys for the plaintiffs filed a request in Federal Court yesterday to take a deposition from Lindsay Lohan while she’s staying at the Lynwood Correctional Facility. A letter has also been sent to Lindsay’s attorney Shawn Chapman Holley asking if Lindsay would agree to speak with them and give a deposition, but their letter has not yet been returned.
