I participated in a campaign on behalf of MomCentral Consulting for LYSOL®. I received product samples to facilitate my review and a promotional item to thank me for participating.
We all know how important it is to wash our hands, and to instill in kids how important it is to wash their hands, throughout the day, everyday, no matter what. Cleaning, cooking, bathroom trips, craft projects, playing with and cleaning up after the pets, coughing, sniffling, sneezing–oh the amount of hand-washing we do. As the weather gets warmer and we begin spending more time outdoors and taking on more outdoor projects, and the kids begin spending more time covered head-to-toe in dirt, it will become even more important to keep everyone happy, healthy, and germ-free.
LYSOL is a brand that I have long trusted to keep my house free of messes and illness-causing germs. I have faithfully used numerous cleaning products from them, and I now have their newest products working wonders in my home — the LYSOL No-Touch Hand Soap System.
Skillfully helping to eliminate the millions of germs we pick up on our hands throughout the day, the No-Touch Hand Soap System is filled with an antibacterial soap that kills 99.9% of bacteria on your hands by way of a dispenser with a smart motion sensor that ensures you never have to touch a dirty soap dispenser pump again!
I received two LYSOL No-Touch Hand Soap Systems to try out, and as soon as they arrived, they went to live in my kitchen and downstairs bathroom — easily the two spaces where the messiest of moments go down. In just the first few uses, they completely replaced my old, traditional dispensers. I no longer have any use for them; that is how much I love this new soap dispenser system.
Both of the soap systems arrived packaged with one soap refill–LYSOL Healthy Touch Hand Soap in Soothing Cucumber Splash. It is a soap that makes your hands feel clean when you use it, and they are, since it is antibacterial soap that kills 99.9% of bacteria; and it is a scent that smells clean, lingering a bit after use without being overpowering.
Both my fiance and I have our own set of OCD tendencies, and I am not making those claims lightly. I have been known to go on quite the cleaning frenzies and get my kicks from sorting through clutter, organizing, and disinfecting spaces. My fiance, on the other hand, is all about disinfecting himself. The smile that appeared on his face after using the LYSOL No-Touch Hand Soap System the first time was ridiculous. Seriously, he was delighted with it, exclaiming “This is great! This is so great!” It’s the little things in life for us, you know. The little things.
The only drawback of the LYSOL No-Touch Hand Soap System is that I am not thrilled that it runs on batteries. I am very conscious of the amount of batteries we go through and always strive to use less. I would have loved to see this soap system come on a rechargeable base that eliminated the need for batteries.
