 A glass a wine (and I enjoy a good wine) won&#039;t even start to give you the Omega 3 fats you need.
Our bodies work best with a ratio of 2:1 Omega 6 to 3.
In our societies we average 20:1. If you don&#039;t like fish get a good fish oil. They now come with a lemon flavour.</description>
