#PhotoaDayMay: Kitchen

Photo a Day May Kitchen

The first time we walked through this house, the second of only four houses we looked at before buying this one, I fell in love with this kitchen. I love everything about it–the dark wood floors against the light wood cabinets, the counter tops and back splash and how clean it looks below the burst of color in the minty green walls, the huge set of three windows along the back wall that let plenty of natural light in everyday, and the updated stainless steel appliances didn’t hurt, either.

This set of photos gives you a complete tour of the kitchen, which has remained my favorite room in the entire house, so it’s no surprise that I also work in here, which I also wrote about the other day for Photo a Day May: Something You Do Everyday.

I agree with you… the kitchen is important since that’s where we spend MOST of our time. We redid our kitchen when we moved in 2 years ago and we are so happy with it. I like it when a kitchen has a lot of counter space… the one on your pics seem to be like that!
