Project Runway Returns to NYC Tonight

Project Runway season 7 cast

After the first season of Project Runway to actually bore me, which doesn’t bode very well for the show’s new home on Lifetime, Project Runway will return will it’s 7th season tonight at 10pm/9c with what looks like a very interesting cast. Of course all of the long-time Project Runway fans are glad the show is going back to its roots in NYC where we can yet again see the contestants in our familiar Project Runway settings–Parsons, the original Mood and Atlas Apartments. What’s even more exciting, to me, at least, is the fact that Michael Kors and Nina Garcia will be on the panel of judges a lot more, because they didn’t get much air time in the last season and I absolutely love the frankness of Michael Kors and the unapologetic bitchiness of Nina Garcia.

Hopefully season seven is a lot more exciting and interesting than the last, and it looks like it could be, especially since it will include what is being called “the biggest challenge in Project Runway history.”
