It’s Always the Season to Play Dress Up: Sexy Alice Adult Fantasy Costume Review

Sexy Alice adult costume You would have most likely expected a post like this a few months ago; in fact, we did have a post dealing with this subject matter back in October, but that’s not the only season when a post like this is of interest or more beneficial. What am I getting at here? Costumes, of course!

Everyone talks about sexy adult costumes for Halloween, but other than the months of September and October, talk about them is virtually non-existent. This makes me sad because either people aren’t exploring costumes as a bedroom activity and merely mentioning sexy costumes for Halloween festivities, or it still isn’t very socially acceptable to talk openly about playing dress up in the bedroom. I think it may be a combination, but acceptance does play a big role in what most people publicly blog about. So, in case you didn’t know before, dressing up in the bedroom is a lot of fun; I’m a big fan.

I recently received a plus size sexy costume from Plus Size Costume Supercenter, a site committed to offering costumes and themed apparel for plus size people and couples at an affordable price. I love knowing I’m getting an awesome deal and you can purchase a plus size adult costume from Plus Size Costume Supercenter for less than smaller-sized costumes I’ve seen on most other retailer websites. An awesome deal indeed.

I received the Sexy Alice Adult Plus Costume which consists of a really cute blue dress with puffed sleeves with a white portion at the chest lined with flowy ruffles. It also includes a small apron with a pink cupcake on it and a blue and green corked bottle with a tag that says ‘Drink Me.’ The product description says that this costume also comes with a hair ribbon, but mine seems to be missing. I didn’t fret too much over this because well, it’s just a hair ribbon and I don’t think it really took all that away from the costume. It came packaged in a plastic bag with a picture of the costume on the model. After taking it out of the package I let it air out for a few days by hanging it in my closet because it was a bit wrinkly and stuffy after sitting folded in its package.

I ordered it in a size 2X which fits sizes 16 to 18. I would say that it will fit people who are closer to an 18 than a 16, however. I’m right at a size 16, sometimes a 14, but I wanted to be safe and got the larger size. For the most part it fits great, but the right side of the bust area is a little loose because my left breast is a bit larger than my right and can hold up its own side of the dress. However, this is nothing that a bra with some awesome support couldn’t fix, so it was really no big deal. I really love Alice in Wonderland and I thought the picture of this dress was spectacularly cute and am very satisfied to say that it’s just as appealing in person. I was surprised that this dress has an attached white tulle petticoat because usually you have to buy them separately in order to enhance the look of a costume, but this dress needs nothing more for its desired look than what comes with it.

This costume is very much what I was looking for. I have a few other costumes, including the classic schoolgirl outfit and this time, was looking for something that relied more on just being cute, maybe even funny at times, flirty, and a whole lot of fun. That is exactly what I got with the Sexy Alice Adult Plus Costume.
