New toys are made with petroleum and trees and sadly, a lot of toy companies do not take into consideration that these are resources that we need to last us a good, long while. That is precisely why it is so important to support toy companies and buy your toys from companies that use recycled resources. These toy companies also use less packaging and they recycle manufacturing waste.
