According to the National Highway Traffic Safety Administration, 3 out of 4 kids are not as secure in their cars as they should be because their car seats are not being used correctly. Tonight, from 8-9PM EST you have the opportunity to join other parents and Tweet with two NHTSA officials as they share information about child safety and answer your questions.
