      Thank YOU for writing the post! I have had it bookmarked for a while. I know it isn’t a new post by any means, but the great thing about it is that it is valuable information that will never be outdated.

      I actually just started running this summer (after a 40-pound weight loss and needing to find a surefire way to keep the weight off) and immediately after I read through your tips, I never leave the house to go for a run without having my ID on me, most of the time in the bottom of my shoe since my workout clothes don’t often have pockets, and I always make sure I am running against traffic. You made me aware of how risky something so good for me can be, and you have made me really think about how to keep safety at the forefront of my mind, so thanks for that!
