Nearly two weeks ago, my partner and I moved into our new house. Going from renting a small apartment to buying a house that, by comparison, is gigantic, is a drastic change. I noticed that as we progressed down this path of completely changing (and improving) our living arrangement, I began to develop completely new interests. For one, I became obsessed with design blogs and websites; I still am. Apparently our move triggered my brain to open up its crafty side. Of course, this wasn’t something that I planned on happening and when I first started to come across home decorating and craft ideas that I liked, I thought “Hey, that’s pretty cool,” and then moved right along. I didn’t even think to bookmark these pages and I really wish that I had.
