Lindsay Lohan hasn’t been the topic of half as many media stories since she was released from jail and entered into the 90-day rehab treatment that came attached to her jail sentence. So how is she doing? What is she up to? Is she recovering and what has this whole process been like for her and her family?
Well, if you’ve been wondering about Lindsay Lohan lately, your concerns will be addressed tomorrow morning as Dina Lohan sits down for an exclusive interview to Matt Lauer on the Today Show.
This will be the first time Dina Lohan speaks out publicly about Lindsay’s incarceration and court-ordered rehab, although we have heard a lot of hot air coming out of Michael Lohan’s mouth from the day of Lindsay’s court hearing until recently.
Sheriff’s officials said that Lindsay Lohan was treated just like any other inmate who entered the Lynwood Correctional Facility. If that’s true, the strip search Lindsay endured upon entering the correctional facility could help to win a recent class action lawsuit that has been filed claiming unlawful strip and body cavity searches conducted by L.A. County Sheriff’s deputies.
An unnamed female inmate claimed that other inmates, including herself, “are strip searched in plain view of each other in a parking lot that is neither private nor sanitary.”
Attorneys for the plaintiffs filed a request in Federal Court yesterday to take a deposition from Lindsay Lohan while she’s staying at the Lynwood Correctional Facility. A letter has also been sent to Lindsay’s attorney Shawn Chapman Holley asking if Lindsay would agree to speak with them and give a deposition, but their letter has not yet been returned.
Lindsay Lohan recently shot the cover (pictured above) and spread for German GQ‘s August 2010 issue with Ellen von Unwerth.
Check out the video of the photo shoot to get a sneak peek of what’s in store for those who pick up the magazine.
Now, this may come as a surprise to most of you, but I’m going to say it anyway, so brace yourselves. You ready? Okay.
I am in love with this entire video. I love the shoot, I think Lindsay looks gorgeous, I love the retro feel of the video and the music (which is The Guess Who’s “These Eyes” in case you were wondering) was an amazing choice. My only criticism of the shoot is, as Jezebel pointed out already, Brigitte Bardot did the topless (or in Bardot’s case, naked) with-guitar scene much better. But Lindsay Lohan is already known for her imitation of other women, as seen in her Marilyn Monroe-inspired shoot.
During her probation violation hearing, Lindsay Lohan was seen writing notes on a lined sheet of paper with a red pen. She continued to write notes about her case even after Judge Marsha Revel sentenced her to 90 days in jail.
So what was it that Lindsay Lohan was writing? Well, when she used the paper to cover her face, photographers inside the court room immediately snapped a hi-res image.

Lindsay Lohan will begin serving her 90 days in jail on June 20th, when Lohan is ordered to surrender in Judge Revel’s court. She will be serving at Century Regional Detention Facility. When her 90 days in jail are complete, Lohan is also ordered to attend an in-patient rehab treatment center.
Judge Marsha Revel ruled today that Lindsay Lohan had violated her probation by failing to attend her alcohol education classes through the Right On program on the judge set by the judge.
After hearing some damaging testimony from Cheryl Marshall, the co-owner of the Right On program, as well as hearing from Lohan’s lawyer and prosecutor Danette Meyers, Judge Revel reflected on not only the violation in Lohan’s probation, but also on the pattern of violations since Lindsay was placed on probation in 2007 as a result of a DUI case.
Judge Revel has sentenced Lindsay Lohan to 90 days in jail and Lohan will be surrendering on July 20th in Judge Revel’s court. Lohan will also be serving 90 days at an in-patient rehab treatment center after her three months in jail.
It is said that Lohan will be kept out of general population, but will be in custody at the Century Regional Detention Facility in Lynwood, California.
Lindsay Lohan appeared in court this morning in front of Judge Marsha Revel with the threat of possible jail time. Back in May Lohan failed to appear in front of Judge Revel for a mandatory progress hearing over the terms of her probation. Her reason for failing to attend the hearing what she had claimed passport stolen was stolen while in attendance at the Cannes Film Festival in France.
While in the elevator at the Beverly Hills Courthouse making her way to the courtroom this morning her legal situation got just a little worse as she was served with legal documents from the company Tough As Nails. Lohan is being sued by the company, who owns the store Church, for not paying for more than $17,000 worth of clothes and accessories.
Cheryl Marshall, the co-owner of the Right On program provided some really threatening testimony against Lohan, admitting that Lohan had violated the program, failing to attend mandatory classes and was not in compliance with the program in both May and August of 2009. The case, as we see it now, is running down the list of excuses Lohan had given over the course of the past year for why she had not attended mandatory classes and groups in compliance with her probation.
