“Toopy and Binoo” is an animated series that follows the adventures of best friends. Toopy is a tall, funny, and friendly mouse who is optimistic, impulsive, and has an insatiable zest for life, while Binoo is a short, lovable cat whose logic and sensibility makes him think before he acts.
