I participated in a campaign on behalf of Mom Central Consulting for Dove. I received product samples to facilitate my review as well as a promotional item as a thank-you for participating.
A few weeks ago we talked underarm skin irritation, redness, and dark marks. All very fun things! Okay, that is sarcasm. None of those things are fun, or comfortable — just ask any of the 32 million women in the US who have experienced them.
Being one of those women, it wasn’t until I heard about new Dove Clear Tone Deodorant that I began to think about my own moisturizing routine, and wonder why I never thought to moisturize my underarms. Needless to say, it took me about three seconds to hop on board to review this new, inspired deodorant/moisturizer combo that claimed to be able to help me (and millions of other women) raise our arms up without embarrassment.
At the time I wrote my first post about Dove Clear Tone Deodorant, I had been using it daily for about a week. While I had already begun to see favorable results, I wanted to report back after using it for the full length of time Dove suggests in order to see a noticeable difference.
It’s amazing what a good dose of moisturizer can do for your underarms, and in just the first few days of use I noticed a great difference in the state of my underarm skin. The dryness that had been there for as long as I can remember started to fade away. My skin was more comfortable, and I felt more comfortable in it.
After three weeks of using Dove Clear Tone Deodorant daily, I am impressed with what this little stick of deodorant is capable of. It’s the little deodorant that could… could moisturize my underarm skin and could leave them feeling and looking better than they have in years and years. The redness I have dealt with as a result of daily shaving and dryness has cleared up wonderfully. It isn’t completely gone… yet. I can’t expect three weeks to undo years of abuse, after all. It is relieving and comforting to know, however, that my skin is healing and on its way to recovery — and that is all because of a small change in my daily hygiene. It is all because of a new, uniquely formulated deodorant.

Never even thought about moisturizing my underarms until you mentioned it on your post. Makes sense though. Would gladly try Dove out!
Well, I do use the other dove deodorants and they are great. So I would definitely try these!
