		<description>As far as yoga goes, and as someone who knows pretty much nothing about yoga but wants to know more and learn more about it and how to do it effectively, I would say that a combination of instructional and routine videos would be ideal. Maybe speak about WHY people would be interested in starting to practice yoga, how it can benefit them and their lives and then go into very brief instructional stuff to show how to do a pose, what it&#039;s called, when the best time to do it and so on. Starting a YouTube channel with instructional videos on yoga is such a great idea and I know I would most likely be interested in subscribing to it and learning more about yoga and implementing it into my life and can imagine other women would be interested in the same.
