Any child of the late 80s or 90s can attest to the fact that Netflix’s original reboot of Full House is a very big deal, and it’s easily one of the most anticipated titles coming to Netflix in the next month. Meanwhile, there’s some sad news for Doctor Who fans, as the entire series — classic as well as seasons 1-8 — will be removed.
Since Netflix confirmed the rumors that the Tanner family would be returning to the screen with new life lessons and the same great family entertainment we remember and can still watch on syndication today, we have been scouring the internet for any Fuller House news we could get our hands on. There hasn’t been much. Netflix has been very sly, strategically releasing just enough to get fans of the classic show excited — and it has worked. The 1-minute trip down memory lane filled with familiar San Francisco sights and the 30-second clip of Candace Cameron-Bure, Jodie Sweetin, and Andrea Barber doing the “Nae Nae” has gotten us excited enough that admittedly, we were questioning our emotional maturity on more than one occasion.
After so much anticipation, the first season of Fuller House will finally, finally begin streaming on Netflix February 26. Check out the teaser trailer and read more about the reboot below:
In Fuller House, the adventures that began in 1987 on Full House continue, with veterinarian D.J. Tanner-Fuller (Candace Cameron-Bure) recently widowed and living in San Francisco. D.J.’s younger sister Stephanie Tanner (Jodie Sweetin) and D.J.’s lifelong best friend/fellow single mother Kimmy Gibbler (Andrea Barber), along with Kimmy’s feisty teenage daughter Ramona, all move in to help take care of D.J.’s three boys — the rebellious 12-year-old Jackson, neurotic 7-year-old Max, and her newborn baby, Tommy Jr.
If you haven’t yet reveled in the brilliance that is Bob Odenkirk in Better Call Saul, February 1 is the day that you can begin to rectify that obvious error in judgment. Just two weeks before the second season of the Breaking Bad spin-off premieres on AMC, season one is hitting Netflix. Talk about perfect timing.
He wasn’t always Saul Goodman, ace attorney for chemist-turned-meth dealer Walter White. Six years before he begins to represent Albuquerque’s most notorious criminal, Goodman is Jimmy McGill, a small-time attorney hustling to make a name for himself. He’s a forceful champion for his low-income clients, an underdog whose morals and ambitions often clash. Jimmy works with private eye Mike Ehrmantraut, a former Philadelphia cop and recent transplant to the Southwest. Mike has a specialized skill set — he’s a “fixer” of sticky situations — that Jimmy soon learns to appreciate.

I am looking forward to Fuller House. Sounds like there are lots of great shows coming up.
I can’t wait for Fuller House! My son is super excited about the Scooby Doo movies being added as well.
Oh this makes us very sad, we’re big Dr Who fans here. At least we can still watch them on Amazon Prime. Thanks for this great list, we’re also big fans of Netflix and it’s great to have a resource like this available!
Better Call Saul is great and fills the aching hole left behind by Breaking Bad!
since i went to two tapings of Fuller House and am obsessed with Full House i cannot wait for it to hit netflix next month. Welcome back Tanner Family
Netflix…oh netflix…you have saved me on many occasions when I have been on the verge of throwing my cable through the window
Can’t wait for Fuller House! Thank you for your post! Great!
Thanks for the update on what is to come! I am excited for Fuller House – can’t wait!
Thanks for all the information! Its nice to know what to expect so we can plan our weekends and weeknights as well. I love that they will be showing Full Metal Jacket. That is one of the films I could watch over and over again!
Time to fire up my list with some new titles, it looks like! I appreciate knowing what I need to quickly watch before removal too.
Thanks for the lists! Now I’ve got my viewing list ready so I don’t miss out in February.
There looks like a lot of exciting things on during February including lots of children’s movies which is really good because my daughter loves to watch movies. Angela from Daysinbed
This sounds like a great line up. I have only seen some of these shows.
Wow I don’t have netflix but now I feel like I’m missing out!
Thanks for such a complete list!! I tend to get lost and confused with so many things changing all the time on netflix
A fixer of sticky situations. Lol the description is def. one that makes you wanna watch.
Ugh. Ours are totally different in Canada! I hope we get a lot of these new shows though!
i have been hearing about this and some of my friends are raving on it but haven’t checked it.
I’m so excited about all the new shows that are coming to Netflix! Can’t wait to catch up on them
There’s so many great show’s that are leaving, But I am thrilled to be able to go back in time to “Fuller House” those were the good old days.
Netflix kills me. Every time I read a list of what’s coming I wonder do the programmers live under a rock. Movies from 15 years ago? Seriously?
I love my neflix but lately have not had the chance to check out what’s what. Shame about Doctor who. I have never watched fuller house so might need to check that one out
I’m so excited about the new Full House! I’ve missed it!
