Xbox Auctioning Off One-of-a-Kind Consoles for Charity to Mark 1 Million Sold

Kim Kardashian Xbox To celebrate the milestone of selling 1 million Xbox 360 consoles across Australia and New Zealand, Xbox is auctioning off one-of-a-kind consoles painted with some favorite–and not-so favorite–celebrities from TV, sports, music, radio, fashion and those who just so happen to be celebrities for a reason we still can’t figure out.

The money raised from the auction will go to the David Peachey Foundation, founded in 2004 by former rugby league international David Peachey. The foundation provides educational scholarships and overseas exchange opportunities for school students in Australia, allocates sporting grants to talented indigenous youth, support youth through mentoring and cultural immersion camps and delivers education, health and sports programs in regional and remote indigenous communities throughout Australia.

Some of this week’s featured consoles going up for auction include Russell Crowe, Kelly Rowland and a pretty awesome looking Halo console, and upcoming auctions include Slash, Elle MacPherson, Jamie Oliver and Kim Kardashian, who has been tweeting and posting about her console as much as she can!

Will you be bidding for a one-of-a-kind Xbox console for a cause?
