I was interested in checking out the Easy Glider Waterproof Vibrator from Good Vibrations as soon as I saw the product image of it on their website. It is damn near identical to the Blueberry Buzz Vibe I have heard nothing but extremely positive things about from numerous sex bloggers and writers I thoroughly enjoy and highly respect. Every taper and bulb of this translucent plastic vibrator is right in line with the Blueberry Buzz; the only noticeable difference is that the Easy Glider comes in bright pink or purple instead of blue (which is unfortunate.) I received the pink, and after using it countless times, in a myriad of different ways, I am going to go out on a limb and say that while the Easy Glider and Blueberry Buzz look like twins, they cannot possibly be one in the same. If they in fact are, well then I think I’m in need of a serious explanation as to what I am supposed to find enjoyable about it because I’m obviously missing something.
The Easy Glider Waterproof Vibrator is a 6-inch-long, hard plastic vibrator. As the name says, it is waterproof, made possible by the sealed battery pack at the bottom of the vibrator, which is also a multi-speed dial that controls the intensity of the vibrations it delivers. It features a series of bulbs that make up the top of the shaft, which are very apparent when you use it internally; the bulb at the very top lends itself easily to be used for external clitoral stimulation and reminds me of a nipple on a baby bottle, which is a little weird.
I have issues with the Easy Glider. The narrow cardboard box it comes packaged in claims that it can be used for g-spot stimulation. There is not a single upward curve on this vibrator, so a g-spotting toy it is not–at least not for me. While at a little over 6 inches in length, the Easy Glider could certainly have the ability to reach my g-spot, I absolutely need a curve. The fact that this vibrator is perfectly straight means I am never going to get the g-spot stimulation that the package claims I will.
The product description for the Easy Glider on the Good Vibrations website ranks the intensity of its vibrations as a 4 out of 5. I would absolutely love to have the sensitivity of the person who decided that its vibrations, powered by two AA batteries, were that intense. The vibrations at their highest setting are adequate at best. They have the ability to get me off externally, but only if I happen to have a lot of patience at the time. I know that my definition of intense vibrations (the Hitachi Magic Wand, everything I have tried from LELO, and so on) are not in line with what some (a lot, most?) people would consider intense; I need some extra oomph and I know that, but I did not feel anything close to a 4 from the Easy Glider. I would give it a 3, maybe, but that even seems like I’m trying to give it more credit than it’s due.
The only thing I did really like about the Easy Glider Waterproof Vibrator is that it’s pretty to look at. I like how it’s mostly see-through, and I like the pictures I took of it. Other than that, I never looked forward to using it, and I don’t even think about it when I’m looking for a good toy within my collection. I would say that there is a possibility that you could like this vibrator if you happen to be very sensitive to vibrations and are looking for something basic and inexpensive. Yes, inexpensive–the Easy Glider retails for just $20. It is also available within the Feelin’ Frisky Kit, which in addition to the Easy Glider Waterproof Vibrator, includes 2oz of Please liquid lube, Devour Me lickable body oil in Strawberry Kiss, Chocolate Strawberry Lust Dust edible body powder, sex checks, and two AA batteries.
I received the Easy Glider Waterproof Vibrator from Good Vibrations for review. No other compensation was received, and opinions are my own.
Loved reading your review of this 😉 You’re brave girl, you’re brave! xoxo
HA! Well thank you, and I’m glad you enjoyed the review. I have a few more coming up soon that are sure to be just as entertaining.
Well now that I know your opinion of this, I will unbookmark(I just made that up) that particular page of good vibrations from my bookmark list. I’ve heard the same thing from other Easy Glider users. It’s a shame, because you’re right, it is pretty to look at. Thanks for sharing this very personal review with us!
I’ve never been a fan of hard plastic toys and they really must be daft if they think that thing would do anything for g spot stimulation!
